Time Allowances to receive
ANY Artworks

​​Time Allowance to create art pieces:

-Artwork in-stock-Expect to receive your art piece
within ​2 weeks to 1 month.
-Artwork not in-stock-Expect 2 weeks to 1 month or
more depending on your art pieces
complexity to create.

   Time Allowances:

         Scenario 1-Artwork in-stock-Quicker receipt of
                 artworks because, Fine art is in stock,
ready to be shipped.
         Scenario 2- Artwork not in-stock-Delays in
receiving artworks because Fine art needs
to be created and more.**
                **Further explanation for delays in receiving
                   artworks are related to:
               -Length of time to create artwork 
                   -Curating time-Drying time of paint,
                  spraying and varnishing (optional) 
               -Packaging time
               -Shipping time

Note: As a general rule, when purchasing ANY artwork
via this website, always allow 2 weeks-1 month
or more for you to receive ANY artworks
purchased on this business website.

​FINE ART PURCHASES

**7-Day Return Policy-We want you to love your art.
We offer a full refund on all artworks purchased
through our website—including both
ready-to-purchase and custom pieces—provided
the return is initiated within 7 days of purchase.
​     -Purchasing time starts upon date received
of delivered goods.
    (ie. If you purchase artworks on the 5th, you receive
the product on the 12th. The purchasing
time starts on the 12th.
You then have from the 12th to the 19th to
decide to keep or return product)
  -If buyer is not satisfied with purchase
​ What to do?
    1- Buyer is responsible to pay return costs and
to return artworks in its original packaging
(attempt to keep original
        packaging intact as best as you can). 
     2-Re: Intent to return product: From time of
receipt of product to 7 days after this date, buyer
would then need to notify us via e-mail
(our contact form) within those 7 days of
intent to return product.
        Once the 7 day return window time lapses,
no product returns will be allowed. 
     3-We will then provide you with instructions
on how to return product.
     4-You will then have 3 weeks to return product
based on the date of the"Intent to return
product e-mail" you send to us.  

**Note: If we don't receive an e-mail from you, we are
         assuming you are satisfied with your product. 
         Exceptions to the general rules: 
         We strive for happy customers and on a 
         case by case basis, we may allow return of
artworks past the above listed timelines. 

BOOK PURCHASES

Please note: Books are final sale.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges
on publication purchases.
        

Fine Art Collector With a Profile Fee

Please note: $75 yearly fee is non-refundable.

​In-House Art Consultation Fee
​& Refund Policy

The "In-Home Art Consultation" requires a
$400 fee, payable in advance.

FULL REFUND SECTION

***This fee is eligible for a full refund based on the
purchase timelines outlined below:
1. Ready-to-Purchase Artwork (via this Website)
7-Day Window:
The $400 fee will be fully refunded if you purchase
or Commission an artwork valued at $2,501 or above
within 7 days following your consultation.
2. Custom Art Commissions 21-Day Window:
The $400 fee will be fully refunded if you purchase
or commission an artwork valued at $2,501 or above
within 21 days following your consultation.

NON-REFUNDABLE SECTION

***When the Fee is Non-Refundable:
The $400 consultation fee is strictly
non-refundable if:
a) No Purchase is Made: You choose not to purchase
or commission an artwork within your
designated window
(7 days for our website pieces;
21 days for custom pieces).
b) Minimum Value Not Met: The purchased or
commissioned artwork is valued below $2,501.
c) Artwork is Returned: You return a purchase
​painting under our standard
                       7-day return policy.                       
 (The consultation service fee is tied strictly to the
design and time service rendered and cannot be
refunded if the artwork is returned at any time).

Please Note: The $50 yearly enrolment fee
is non-refundable.
However, if you sell at least one (1) Fine Art piece
valued at $750 or more to a customer within
your first year, your $50 fee rolls over as a credit ​
to completely waive your second-year fee.
